Dr. Sam Mugume Koojo, Assistant Commissioner in the Macroeconomic Policy Department, has over 25 years of leadership experience in macroeconomic policy analysis, statistical analysis, and sustainable development. He has extensive expertise in climate change economics, where he has led impactful research on mitigation and adaptation strategies. A committed advocate for sustainable growth and responsible natural resource management, Dr. Koojo serves as the Special Representative of the Honorable Minister of Finance of Uganda to the CoFMCA and is a key voice in shaping resilient economic policy
