Ian McFadzen is Chief Executive Officer of the Ocean Conservation Trust, leading collaborative programmes at the intersection of marine conservation, behaviour change and scalable environmental impact. His international research experience spans programmes with the US Environmental Protection Agency, UNESCO in the Venice Lagoon, and UNEP SE Asia. As founder of BioVault Ltd, and former CEO of Plymouth Science Park, Ian is committed to translating scientific insight into practical, commercially viable solutions.
